Travel update, Wednesday 6 January - 1200hrs

Snow and ice continue to affect our buses, mainly those serving areas to the South of the City.

We are currently NOT serving Penicuik (Deanburn & Ladywood), Auchendinny, Easter Bush, Mayfield "loop", Kingsknowe, Lady Nairne "loop", and Bonaly.

Services affected are:

3 & 29 are serving Mayfield roundabout ONLY (not serving D'arcy Road, Oak Place, Westhouses Road, Bogwood Road).

10 is not serving the Bonaly "loop" due to a burst water main, and all buses are instead terminating at Torphin.

15 is not serving Auchendinny.

15A & 67 are not serving Easter Bush.

20 is not serving Kingsknowe (continuing via Lanark Road to/from Asda).

23 & 41 are not serving Craighouse Campus grounds.

37/47/X47 are terminating at Penicuik Centre (not serving Ladywood or Deanburn).

44 & 44A are following an anti-clockwise loop in Balerno via Johnsburn Road, Cockburn Crescent to Balerno terminus, then back to City via Mansfield Road and Bavelaw Road.

Mac69 is not serving the Lady Nairne "loop" (not serving Paisley Drive, Paisley Avenue, Ulster Crescent, Meadowfield Drive, Lady Nairne Cresent, Meadowfield Avenue).

Other services may be delayed due to snow, ice, slow traffic and adverse road conditions – we would advise you to allow more time for your journey.
