Last orders as award-winning pub falls victim to slowdown

A prominent city centre pub has fallen victim to the credit crunch after its licensee said he could no longer make ends meet.

Eighty Queen Street has been shut down after management pulled the plug on the business which earlier this year won a major industry award for the quality of its bar food.
