Ho Ho Ho at Waste Education Cabin!

Festive fun is on the menu at the Waste Education Cabin this weekend with lots of exciting activities for all the family.

The free Ho-Ho-Ho fun day will include the chance to:

- Make wrapping paper and Christmas cards from scrap

- Make eco-friendly gifts and decorations

- Win recycled goodies & prizes

- Discover composting mini-beasts

- See crushing machines and trucks

- Tour the recycling centre

- Get tips on reducing food waste

Councillor Robert Aldridge, Environment Leader, said: "With loads of fun festive activities on offer, I'm sure kids of all ages will enjoy a great day out at the Waste Education Cabin on Saturday and explore how we can all Reduce, Reuse and Recycle to protect our planet's valuable resources."

The Ho-Ho-Ho event takes place from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 6 December at the Waste Education Cabin within Seafield Community Recycling Centre, Fillyside Road.
