Lothian and Borders Fire Service had more than 70 calls about the fire at a building site in Firhill Drive. The first calls about the blaze, which involves two five-storey buildings under construction, were received just before 0200 GMT. The ambulance service was on standby at the scene earlier, but has since been stood down. No-one has been injured. Relief fire crews have now been drafted in. Source: BBC News |
