A CITY bike charity has won a top prize at a national transport awards ceremony.
The Bike Station, based in Causewayside, won the Special Sustainability Award at the Scottish Transport Awards.

The group renovates bikes then sells them on and was nominated for promoting cycling.

Mark Sydenham, the manager of the project, said: "I feel that this (award] is due to everyone who donates bicycles to the Bike Station and to all those who give up their time to volunteer with us."
