Edinburgh's Festival of Sport

Festival of Sport 2011

Festival of Sport Brochure

This year’s festival goes regional, so we have a huge programme of sports and activities you can enjoy across Edinburgh the Lothian’s, Borders and Fife!

Everyone can easily become more physically active for a happy, healthier lifestyle.
Find an activity near to home or work, that suits YOU and most of them are FREE to try!
The Festival of Sport has been granted the prestigious London 2012 Inspire mark, the badge of the London 2012 Inspire programme which recognises exceptional and innovative projects inspired by the 2012 Games. The Inspire programme is run by the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. It is an opportunity for everyone to be a part of the London 2012 Games – a broad participation programme spanning sport participation, education, sustainability, volunteering, and business opportunities & skills. New opportunities are being created to inspire young people and encourage the whole of the UK to join in. The full festival programme is listed on a daily basis but we strongly recommend you phone the contact details to confirm exact times, costs and venues.
